Clear Vision Coaching mentor coaching is designed to help coaches accomplish three goals: meet the Internal Coach Federation (ICF) requirements for certification, practice coaching skills to build confidence and skill level, start or tune up a coaching practice so that it is a viable business venture.

Package I: Perfecting Your Craft.
Mentee coaches mentor and receives feedback on skills to help build skill level and self confidence, and to overcome obstacles to success.
8 total sessions.

Package II: Meeting Certification Requirements.
Focus on Core Competencies: Setting the Foundation, Co-creating the relationship, Communicating Effectively, Facilitating Learning and Results.
10 weekly sessions: 1 hour each session to meet  ICF requirements

Package III: Business Start Up.
From Concept to Launch; setting up a coaching business for success. Objectives include: identify niche, write mission statement, create business plan, develop operations systems, design financial structure, create marketing strategies, identify support team.
12 total weekly sessions

Package IV: Business Tune Up. Moving to the next level of success: assess profitability, strengths and weaknesses, identify systems needed to bridge critical gap. Includes re-evaluating mission statement, operations systems, financial structure, support team, marketing strategies, market presence, time management and goal setting.
12 total weekly sessions

Investment. Package prices range from $800-$1,200.
