Intensive focus on creating your business from concept to launch: includes writing a mission statement & business plan; creating a marketing plan, website, social media presence, marketing materials; developing a support team.
12 weekly sessions (3 months)

Business Tune Up
For existing businesses: assessing profitability, strengths, and weaknesses in order to set new goals and fill in the critical gaps. Includes re-evaluating mission statement, operations, financial structure, support team, marketing strategies, market presence, and customer service.
10 Total sessions (4 months):
   - 4 weekly sessions for first month, and
   - 2 sessions per month for 3 months                 

Business Start Up Introduction
Introduction to starting up your own business: focus on building the foundation, writing a basic business plan, connecting to passion, designing operations & financial structure, creating marketing strategy, and building your support team.
8 Total sessions (4 months); 2 sessions per month

Investment. Package prices range from $800-$1,200. Student discounts also available.
